If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please let us know as early as possible — ideally with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee if parts have been ordered or work scheduled.

Payment is due upon completion of work unless agreed otherwise. We accept major debit and credit cards, bank transfer, or cash. Invoices must be settled in full before the vehicle is released. Trade customers may be offered account terms at our discretion.

All parts and labour come with a standard 12-month warranty unless stated otherwise. Warranty claims do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or continued driving with known faults. While we take every care, we are not liable for loss or damage to personal items left in vehicles.
